Absolutely the worst experience I ever had. I called from out of town to give a huge order to be delivered in Liberty. It was a 936 number that appeared to be to the Liberty Pizza Hut. Unbeknownst to me, it took me to a national call center in California. I gave the order, address, and my payment info. I gave them a few minutes then I called back to verify the order just because something didn't feel solid about the person that took my order. When they answered, the person had no record of my order despite all the info I gave them including phone numbers, addresses, and personal info. It was at this point I realized I was not talking to the Liberty store. I made the order anyway AGAIN. To verify once again, I found the actual number to the Liberty Pizza Hut. Once they finally answered I tried to verify my order and ETA. The "manager" that answered said there was no record of the order. To say I was about to lose it would be an understatement. (I'm ordering this for family friends that deeply need a break and are dealing with life's unforeseen occurrences.) AGAIN!!!, I give the order, the address, payment info. And THEN the manager tells me that they don't deliver there. My friends live just 3 miles away. (???) After I am through communicating with the "manager" I call my friends and ask them to drive to their local Pizza Hut to get the meal that should be eventually ready. I will find every reason to not eat a Pizza Hut ever again.
My last thought is AUTOMATION and MINIMUM WAGES are killing every aspect of business, from call centers in Bangladesh & self-checkout lines at Walmart, to tip jars at the drive thru window at Starbucks.

Has gone steadily downhill as the years go by.
Overpriced. Won't deliver 8 minutes away from the location. Seriously. 8 minutes away.
